Yes, simply copy playlist URL by using the Share button on the playlist, or copy URL from browser address bar. When have it, submit to our data entry form, then you will be able to see what videos are in the playlist and decide which ones you want to download as MP4 or convert to MP3.
How to download Youtube video on Android?

Open default downloads forder using browser menu (three-dot symbol usually), then click Downloads or similar option inside the menu.
How to download file on iPhone? Other Apple device?
The process is same as for Android, only for the final 3rd step to happen, for actual download to work - you will need Documents app installed, or device has to be jail-broken from restrictions set by Apple, such as downloading MP3s only with iTunes, etc.
